Rent Collection! We collect rent! Tenants give their rent payments to us every month and we deposit it  and disperse it to you. Never worry about receiving a bad check!		Pet Standards! Choose whether or not you will allow pets in your house. We also enforce a policy for "pet rent" which requires an upfront deposit and extra monthly fee for tenants with pets.
Standard Leases! Tenants sign one of our standard lease agreements and we ensure that it is enforced.		Affiliations with Local Vendors! We maintain relationships with the best repair companies in town. We have the contacts to keep your house in excellent condition and repair any issues that may occur.

Our management team ensures the best for you and your home. The fees mentioned above include listing your rental property on our two websites, as well as the Army Housing Referral Network (AHRN), advertising it in the local newspapers and monthly Central Kentucky Homes magazine, and answering questions and showing the property to all interested parties. We collect rent and security deposits, conduct walk-throughs at the beginning and end of every lease, handle all repair requests, and if need be, handle all eviction proceedings. You are contacted before any repairs take place and if anything is not going according to schedule. You will receive monthly expense reports that detail the previous month's expenses and will also include copies of any bills for work done on the home.
